We will confirm whether your property falls within our working service area before scheduling any visit.
Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts
Any estimate, quote, or scope of work provided verbally or in writing is preliminary until both parties have signed a written work-authorization agreement. An estimate reflects conditions visible and accessible at the time of assessment. Final scope and pricing may be adjusted if additional damage is discovered once work begins. The signed work-authorization form is the governing document for every service relationship.
Payment Terms

Insurance Coordination
Katofsky Construction LLC can work alongside your insurance carrier to document damage and coordinate the claims process. Coordination with your insurer occurs only with your explicit authorization. Insurance involvement does not alter the payment obligations set out in your signed agreement, and any gap between insurer reimbursement and contracted amounts remains the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of Work and Liability
All work performed by Katofsky Construction LLC is carried out in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania state regulations and contractor licensing requirements. Our liability is limited to the scope of services described in the signed work-authorization agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage outside the agreed scope, or outcomes resulting from work performed by other parties before or after our involvement.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. Should that not be possible, disputes will be handled in accordance with Pennsylvania law. The signed work-authorization agreement may specify additional dispute resolution procedures that take precedence over this general statement.
Changes to These Terms
Katofsky Construction LLC may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at kcsrestore.com. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
